Wisconsin Quilt Study Group

Upcoming Meetings
WQSG History

Welcome to the Wisconsin Quilt Study Group website.

The WQSG is a group of quilt enthusiasts from Wisconsin and surrounding states that gathers three times a year to study quilt treasures and share knowledge of quilts and textile history.

Our mission is to provide hands-on educational opportunities for both novices and experienced quilt historians to closely examine and discuss quilts, quilt history, fabrics and techniques. We strive to share information on quilt-related shows, conferences, exhibits and other events in the quilt world.  Traditionally each meeting focuses on a specific area of study.

Our group is warm and friendly and we welcome new members or visitors.  Please check the upcoming meetings page for specific locations, dates, times, and subjects of study.

Please join us.  Click here for the membership form.

The star in the upper left-hand side of each page is a replication of the "Wisconsin" block as was published by WORKBASKET in 1936.
